The Gardners were at the top of the food chain, here in Turwood. They were the Kings and Queens of The Suburban Lawns.

Mr Gardner owned the only car rental in town, Liv Gardner was the best choice for student prez and Theo Gardner was the town's beloved son and star quarterback.

Everything changed when they moved in. The Fergusons.

Mr Ferguson opens his business right next to Mr Gardner's, Zach Ferguson runs against Liv Gardner for student prez and Darnell Ferguson tries out for Theo Gardner's football team.

It was perfectly fine until it wasn't. The rivalry started with Theo and Darnell. Hell at first sight, you could say. Things only go downhill from here, with them forced to see each other every day.

But what if they find themselves a common enemy? Could there be more to the other than they both first thought?
