"you idiotic little zombie! I will kill you! You freak! " Damien screams while stabbing a lady zombie in the eye.

"LANGUAGE! Damien!" Jaden warns. And Damien freezes and looks at him in disbelief.

" Are you serious? They are freaking zombies! " Damien says.

" But still! Today you are using it on zombies tomorrow you might use it on your wife! " says Jaden turning to look at him.

" You are like the Captain America of Marvel! " says Damien

" Ew! Don't compare me to an ancient old man!" Jaden said.( no offence to marvel fans)

"you don't like Captain America?! Why am I even friends with you? " Damien retorts.

" Oh c'mon you love me! " says Jaden.

"Unfortunately! " Damien replies.

" guys! Can you have your cat fights later we kind of have a situation here! " shouts Kyle from across the road.

"Oops sorry! Let's kill some dead people!" says Damien pulling out his machine gun and showering bullets at the upcoming zombie wave.

In February of 2009, a man went to the hospital to be treated for a brain tumor. Upon further examination, another unknown virus in this man's brain and blood was discovered. On scanners, it looked like a black blob of darkness, sparking slightly in the stems of his brain. This was completely new to the doctors. Proper tumor removal was never performed, in fear that this strange, eerie darkness was dangerous. They didn't even have time before the patient's brain shut down. But they continued their research, finding that the brain started up again. Now, the virus spread to the patient's entire brain. It created a spark in his system that caused him to reanimate. While that may seem joyous, it took a violent turn for the worst. They thought the patient would remember his past life, and went to perform several tests on him. The patient attacked the doctors and nurses and tore them limb from limb. Blood sprayed everywhere as the once kind person was devouring their insides. They tried detaining him but bullets had no avail on him- Until stricken directly in the head. The infection spread throughout the hospital, until people out on the streets were biting and eating each other left and right. Some people were terrified of all of this. Others were amazed. Further research continued on this unknown virus that wiped out mankind. How far will man go to save themselves or others? How far has humanity fallen down the drain? Can people change for the better, even the worst people? Or is all hope truly lost forever? Is everyone doomed? Shall we resort to our primitive ways? !! Blood? My wrist was covered in it. It wasn't dried up or reeked of the combination of that black gunk from all those other freaks. It was fresh and warm too. Where was it coming from? I checked my body. My t-shirt was splattered in everyone else's blood but my own. Turning over my hand, my eyes lowered to where Ray was holding onto me. I gasped and released him, covering my mouth to stop from screaming. "Holy shit dude! What happened to your-?!" Tears were forming in his eyes but he looked down and hid his hand from me. "Please d-don't worry about it. Let's just go find a real hospital already." He said while shaking. "I...I don't want to think about it right now O-okay? It's no big deal..It's just...it's a finger..." My mind went blank. I pulled him into a tight hug. I wanted to do nothing much but to cry right now. I got him into this mess. This was all my fault. If only we would have just stayed at home that night. I didn't have to go to that stupid concert... After watching fans rip each other apart during one of her concerts, Sasha Brown's main goal was to keep her brother safe from whatever the hell broke loose in Jackson, Tennessee. Expecting the police to take care of it, she soon realize it wasn't blowing over anytime soon, especially with the growing number of rabid monsters running around, the living dead, and crazy psycho cults forming. One night brought an unfamiliar deadly world for both Sasha and her brother Raymond, and both are willing to fight it out to survive it.

{COMPLETED} "now that you've had your fun electrocuting me, would you care to hop in the backseat?" ---------------------------------------------------------- Freak DNA. That's what I like to call it. The fault to my genetic code. More often than not, it's a curse. The static running through my blood gave me a name. A cruel, daunting label of a measly bug. A roach. That's what I am to them, to the government. Roach; the nameless monster with electricity for a sense and lightening as a second nature. It ruined my life, the sparking currents playing tag in my mind, running around and bumping into everything, shaking me loose. The government, actually. They ruined my life. My curse just gave them a reason. You see, the normal population with ordinary DNA, they don't know about the people like me. The roaches of the world. We don't get that kind of recognition at the camps. There, we are only one thing in the military's eyes. We are weapons and we will act like it. Everyone else out there, bathing in the goodness they don't know they've got, they don't know about the roaches their stepping on. As long as their getting closer to the sky, they don't care what they stand on to reach it. They don't know about the sparkling dreamer that's killed 7 people before her 17th birthday. They don't about the ghost of a girl peaking around corners for her entire life because even home wasn't safe. They don't know about the fighter of steel and iron sucking on his bloody lip courtesy of the wars he battles in as nothing but a shadow. They don't know about the masked villain who would do anything to see the army they lead claim the throne They don't know about us. But they will, because we will rise. And when we arrive, we will arrive violently. ___________________________________________ Started: 10.06.15 Finished: 3.17.16

My eyes were literally glowing, there was no mistaking it. It was not a reflection of light, or any of the other excuses I had used or others had assumed. They were glowing a light sapphire blue color. It was not a bright glow, but it was definitely a glow. Glowing eyes were not normal. Okay, at this point I had to admit it, I was no longer normal.
