I always knew I didn't belong in Erudite. Yeah I was intelligent..always top of my class and I learnt very quickly, but I wanted to live the life my mom lived My parents had an illegal relationship, which ended up with me. I lived with my dad in Erudite because my mom couldn't take care of me during her duties and people would suspect her of illegal activities if a random baby came out of nowhere but know one knew of her being in a relationship. My mother was an dauntless. A dauntless leader. This is my story of how I make my way through dauntless to get closer to my mom and myself...but unknowingly closer to a certain young dauntless leader... Eric.

Ellis chooses at the choosing ceremony dauntless. Their parents are shocked, because they lived like an erudite their whole life and his father maybe thaught them what to do at the aptitude test. Dauntless came as a shock for Ellis. Initiation is though and can be very lonely sometimes. When they also fall in love with the dauntless leader Eric, everything becomes even harder. They do things -bad things- they never thought they would do. How're they going to handle that? How will they survive their own mind? Fighting someone else might be hard, but fighting yourself is extremely difficult.
