Do not expect consistent updates as life gets busy 🙃. This is rated mature because of strong language. You are a 24 year-old in college and have loved Undertale since the beginning. You enjoy all the aspects of the game; the story, the lore, the music, the backgrounds, and most importantly the characters. You've started having a strange, almost malicious feeling related to the Genocide run and that creeps you out. So, you start a pacifist run and after a while, you fall asleep. You wake up in Undertale and thus begin your new journey. Through your travels, the strange feeling comes back, but as a different emotion. Perhaps the only one that can help you with this feeling, is a certain punny skeleton. (I tried my best I'm not very good at summaries 🥲.) In Underlust, where almost every monster is hypersexual due to being injected with lust in order to increase the monster population, Mettaton is an outsider. As a ghost, he was not injected with the lust substance, and as a result, he is completely different from everyone else in the Underground. He feels out of place as an anxious bookworm who has little interest in sex and is losing hope because his quiz show is unsuccessful. But Mettaton might not be as alone as he thinks. A certain skeleton loves Mettaton's show and wonders if anyone in the Underground shares his rare capacity to prioritize love over sex. UNDERLUST DISCLAIMER: I think it's important to acknowledge that there are some problematic things about Underlust and that I absolutely do not condone those aspects of the AU. However, Mettaton's story in Underlust is important to me, so any senseless hatred of him or of the AU is not appreciated.
