The Landlady is Mrs Jones, an old woman who is not what she seems.
The house collects ghosts and sucks them dry.
The garden is huge and mysterious.
But Mrs Jones is less hungry these days. Less inclined to rush into killing the latest group of young people that have rented the house from her. More interested in observing them instead.
Mrs Jones has friends. Hungry friends that expect a meal. Soon.
She resists them.
But will she forever?
