Tonight, I am writing my last. History will write me as the most vile and hated villain. And I'm sure the Church will be praised for their successful campaign of 'purging' me. 

But who are they kidding?

I, Esmeray Von Luan, will die according to my own whims. And along with my passing is the death of their beloved kingdom.

I am writing this to pass on my legacy. The truth.

I think I have done what I could in this lifetime for I have killed those who wished to kill me, dismembered those who killed my loved ones and gave a life worse than death to those who betrayed me.

If there is one thing I regret, it would be that I cannot kill a goddess.

If there is an afterlife, I swear upon my name that I will crawl from the depths of the underworld to destroy and unleash my wrath, the wrath of your most hated witch, to your goddess who you idiots blindly worship.

I was hoping and praying to be marked as a feeder, nothing more, nothing less. Death was the only way out of this world. You see, all of the kings who ruled over the earth were cruel and calculating. They are all tyrants in their own right and they all answered to one vampire. Who was known as the most barbaric of them all and I was marked as his chosen. The King of all Vampire Kings. She lead a rather tragic life. The black sheep of her family due to her lack of affinity for fire. Her affinity was quite the opposite. Water in fact. Already in a time when women did not really have much political power or rights, she was outcasted by her family despite being of nobility. Still allowed to live in the distant west wing of the massive Grand Duke's manor, she has never eaten a single meal with her family nor extended family, and has spent her loneliness in her books and sword lessons. Although only taught by the head butler and one of the low ranked knights of the family, she was quite bright and if her family would have given her a chance she would have done great things. If only she didn't die at such a young age. Married off to some "hero" of sort that had slayed the Dragon of the North who was terrorizing the land and threatened the kingdom, this hero also had an affinity for fire and held her in disdain like the rest of her family. Suddenly a girl of another world was transported to their world, picked up by this hero and put into his secure care. The pair soon fell for each other despite the hero's marriage, and many believed Laraine got jealous of this girl of mystery, and tried to kill her. This was definitely not true. But because the girl was favored by the temple and kingdom Laraine was quickly arrested and put on trial. You can probably tell what happened to Laraine. But something strange happened the day of her execution. As soon as her decapitated head hit the ground the sky turned blood red and it began to rain fire. No one survived that day. But for some reason time went back, and Laraine was back to being a child, but with no memory of her future. There were select few in her life, however, that remembered her tragedy and now perhaps will take action to prevent it. NOTE: I'M AWARE THERE ARE A LOT OF INCONSISTENCIES. IT WILL BE EDITED SOME DAY BUT RIGHT NOW I'M JUST TRYING TO FINISH IT.

I live in a world where I am nameless. I live in a world where I do not matter except or unless I am owned by someone. I do not have rights, freedoms, joys, wishes, or aspirations. I am property. I was born and raised to belong to someone that will one day take me away like the fairy tale stories that I listened to everyday in the house I live in. I prayed every night that a handsome prince would come and take me to live in his castle just like in the books. I prayed that I would be a princess and have a kingdom just like in the books. But I was never told that the books were all lies. I was never told the true reason why I was a well sought after commodity. I was never told that I am not the only one like me. When I found out it was too late to save myself. To think and in less than 4 days I will be taken away from my current home and be in a home of my own. I sat on the simple wooden bed hoping that my owner was nice and kind. I hated to think about some of the stories that I heard about the other girls like me. I hated thinking about being exterminated because I made my owner unhappy. I thought to myself that I would try real hard to keep him happy. I remember the covenant of rules that would keep me and my owner happy. I would need to follow five rules. 1. Always obey my owner. 2. Always be available to my owner. 3. Never talk back. 4. Always agree with my owner. 5. I am not human so I cannot do human things. I wondered how pretty human women were. I was so nervous about my departure I nearly refused to leave my room. I could leave if there wasn’t anything wrong with me physically. I remember the den mother telling me not to do anything that would cause a refund or else I would be exterminated upon refund. My new owner had thirty days to return me. If he returned me and no one else was interested I would be exterminated. I would be killed because it would be thought that I was defective and no one would want a defective product.
