An unlikely friendship forms between two totally different people.

Dakota Raven and Evan Black.

Dakota Raven is the type of girl who hides in the shadows, gets picked on, tries her hardest at school and always has a positive attitude.

Evan Black just moved to North Carolina from the sunshine state; Florida. Not used to the new school and given dare on the first day of school to become friends with the social suicide, Dakota and Evan meet.

Dakota and Evan stick together and somehow form and unwanted friendship. They become the best of friends and before you know it romantic strings are being tugged.

But, I mean this is Highschool right? Evan was bound from the start to grow away from Dakota.

And that's just what he did. Evan got more popular, with his looks and attitude why wouldn't he? Known as the school bad boy he had to ditch Dakota or drop his reputation.

He made the wrong choice.

*Fast forward one year*

"Ewe you should just go kills yourself...honestly I mean look at you. No one would even care." Scarlett says, laughing to everyone.

"Your like the biggest person I know." Crimson says.

"Here take these." Daniel says throwing me a bottle of anti-appetizers. "Maybe you'll actually get skinny." Everyone started laughing. Everyone's eyes were on me.

Tears burned my eyes as I stated at the spilled bottle of anti-appetizers.

I only had one thing to say.

"Evan?" I whispered looking straight into his eyes.

He gulped and looked at his awaiting friends and school mates.

"I mean, you could loose some weight, you are a little fat." He spoke looking at the bottle.

I bit my lip, tears streaming down my face.

"Okay, maybe I will." I stated, my voice quivering.

I swiftly dropped to the floor and grabbed all the pills and put them in the bottle. I screwed on the lid, stood back up, and walked away in silence. Leaving my lunch behind.
