“Liam? It’s time for your meds.” A nurse called through the door.
The minute she entered, the boys tensed.
“Skip your meds today mate, you’re fine.” Louis said.
“Yeah, you don’t need them.” Harry agreed.
“I do need them, now shut up.” I took the cup of water and multiple pills sitting on the tray.
“Is it the boys again?” The nurse asked.
“Can’t... Can’t you see them?” I questioned insecurely.
She gave me a sympathetic look, “Just take your pills sweetie.”
I nodded and swallowed the medicine. And when I turned around, the boys were nowhere to be seen.
