This book is for anybody who has ever been bullied or cyber bullied. I'm against it & I have been a victim of bullying...heck I still am. Don't let their words get to you, your better than them. Just hold your head up high & keep a smile on your face, they want to see you crying and sad so don't give them the satisfaction. & if you think it'll never get better just remember you can't have a sunny day every day without a little bit of rain. I know how it feels to think your worthless but your not. They only put you down because your doing better than them & they hate it!!

Inside you will find a mixture of both, extremely RAW and refreshingly HEALING accounts of my personal war with my past. Unfortunately, Childhood sexual abuse is far too common, and many of share similar experiences. Have you been so beaten down that suicide is the only way you feel that it will all end? I guess your not the only one out there who feels the same. There is this girl called Dakota and she is pretty shy. She is what you call the typical quite girl. Most people say that she is mute because of her lack of speaking but that isn't true. She does speak a lot but only in front her own family members. Dakota has her problems that keeps her from speaking up against the school bully, Kristina. She is so perfect but she ruins it by bulling Dakota. She beats all the emotions out of her whether it be physically or mentally or even both. These things continue to happen and Dakota starts to get desperate and does something that will change the course of her life.
