Hiccup had United the Viking tribes against drago bludvist's forces and brought peace and coexistence between all Vikings and dragons until foreigners discovered there waters and determinatives to eradicate them both.
Arendelle is in trouble, the British are coming to conquer all of Norway to expand her empire and Hans is uniting Arendelle's enemies to join the British, elsa must gain allies to protect her kingdom.
Will Hiccup and toothless help Arendelle bring its allies to face all odds or back out.
