This summer Emily was supposed to spend her holidays with the same four people she always does. She was supposed to get her revenge on Andrew. she was supposed to swim in the sea and build castles in the sand.
she wasn't supposed to get powers that let her control water.
And she definitely wasn't supposed to let Andrew, her biggest enemy (yet), find out.

A Promise To The Beloved...The Threads Of Fate ✓
"You see him as an heir of your empire and not as a family member. All you care about is the inheritance and not the child. If all you want is an heir then why not marry someone and produce as many heirs as you want." She stopped as she narrowed her eyes at him. And then with a mocking expression she continued, "Or is it that you are unable to Re.Pro.Duce??" seeing the angry flush on his face her heart smiled with satisfaction. But before she could celebrate her little victory against him he pulled her from her wrist and she collided with his hard chest. Snaking an arm around her waist he held her tightly as she struggled in his hold. "Don't play with fire, Ms Lilly Jones or don't complain to me later if you end up getting burned." "I've never hated anyone as much as I hate you." she spitted. "The feelings are mutual then, sweetheart." he smiled. _______________ He married her to fulfil a promise he had made long ago. The People with Useless Power
Some people could read minds; others could control fire. But out of all of the amazing powers in the world, Emily Houston got the lamest: changing percentages. Sure, it was useful if her phone died, but that was pretty much all. That is, until a small alliance comes to her and decides to 'recruit' her to join "The People with Useless Power." They really kidnap her. Mega oof. There she meets an insane woman, Mara, who's the owner and the leader of the organization- who has no regard for anyone and acts painfully formal to friends and family. She also meets Emma, a pink-haired menace to society and notorious player who should always be walking in front of an explosion wearing sunglasses and flipping everyone off. Will she escape and reunite with her family? Will Mara brutally murder her? Will Emily find love on the way? How many sociopaths are in this story? ... Read and find out.Concluida
Testing The Waters
I'm not saying I hate Alexander Jameson. After all, I have Jesus in my heart like the good southern girl I am. But if I did hate anyone? Alex would definitely make the cut. I have one, singular move in this never-ending game of torment he forces me to play. I avoid Alex with every fiber of my being. The less I have to see of his beautiful (ahem, I mean stupid) face, the better. It's not just a coincidence that we haven't had a single class together since 7th grade. It's entirely by my design-an agenda of self-preservation, if you will. But fate must have other plans when the place I volunteer at unknowingly assigns me to mentor Alex's little sister. Now that avoiding Alex is no longer an option, I quickly find myself in dangerous waters with him. Sink or swim, I'm not going down without a fight.Concluida
Bliss

A sweetly wrapped lie fed to her by those she trusts the most. There will be sand, sure. And sun, lots of it. But stress-free? Well, with Isaac in tow, that's pretty much impossible. Convinced he's still bad news, Lizzie is determined to enjoy every single second of her vacation without him. Just because he's next door doesn't mean they'll cross paths...right? A Guardian
"The world around her swam with mottled light. How long had she been fighting?" So...in sixth grade we took this computer-skills class. Our final test was to write a short story in Microsoft Word. My story ended up fleshing out into the trilogy I am working on and planning to publish at somepoint in my life, but I realized how incredible my writing skill has improved between just the two or three years. So, I decided to re-write the original sequence of a short story, same plot and characters, just with current skill. Comments and feedback are appreciated, please enjoy!Concluida
