After playing the newly-bought vintage guitar, Adelia travels back in 1898 during Spanish colonization in the Philippines. Her guitar is the only way to get back to the present. Unfortunately, the Gobernadorcillo of the city banned all forms of music and captured every instrument.

Jacinto, the Gobernadorcillo's son, follows the steps of his father to prove his worth to the family resulting to a dreadful face yet tender acts. In Adelia's determination to retrieve her guitar, she finds herself caught up in situations with Jacinto.

Things do not go as planned for both of them but harmony keeps them intact thus revealing the sole purpose of their encounter.
