The world evolved, but magic still exists, and so do soulmates. 

Kirishima Eijiro still can't see color at 11 years old. So when he gets his Hogwarts letter in the mail, you could probably feel the stress vibrating off him.

Bakugo Katsuki never saw the need for a soulmate, for it was just one more extra to look down upon him. He wasn't surprised when he got his letter, but he was very surprised at how much a certain red tried to be his friend.
