When do you know? I mean when you do really know. There isn't a book on this sort of stuff, saying the words 'I love you' its like... its like being in a gun fight. If you draw first, then you had better not miss or you are going to get hurt. But how does anyone ever know when the right time to say I love you is? Is there ever a right time to say those words? It may only be three small words but its those three words that can mean a thousand different things. Saying them to the person you are in love with is so much more different. Saying I love you to the person you are in love with means one thing it means one thing... it means commitment.
