Kassi Hesse's world shattered when she was 15 years old. Both her parents died instantly when a drunk driver hit them. She was left at home until the following night when a police officer showed up on her doorstep, announcing the death of both her beloved parents. Her grandparents, Daniel and Hollis Hesse, were now in trusted to be Kassi's guardians until she came of age.
But of course; when you turn a teenagers whole world upside down, just when they need there parents the most, it never works out easily. Kassi is rebellious, walking through life in just "the moment", never thinking of the future.
That is until she meets Adam Ellwood. She doesn't think too much of him at first and he isn't exactly the one that will stick around after a one night stand.
But when Kassi's grandparents find out, they are forced to be together. What will the future hold for them? A life of rebellion or love that's stronger than everything in life can hold?
