This poem is about the on going war in my head. Feeling trapped and trying to set myself free. I always ask the question why but now that I am working on the balance within me I can finally feel free with no more war. My life has been very complicated and with my health condition and always under stress and anxiety with an epileptic disorder my mind is always going. But I am working on it with no medicine and it is helping. You can feel free to read this poem and relate it to what may be going on in your life but always remember there is always hope and peace out there somewhere. It may be to hard to see or believe but keep working on it and it will be ok.
