After all countries wage war on one another, nukes begin to fall. The survivors are a coven of Vampires, and the diseased, radiated humans. The nukes diminishing their vampiric abilities to almost human levels, the vampires cannot wait out the apocalypse and they cannot drink the blood of the infected.
