Though bound together by a best-selling story, and praying to whoever is up there that one day they'll find a special letter addressed to themselves, with the Hogwarts crest neatly punctured into the envelopes flap.
Allie, Scarlet, Sophia and myself weren't stupid. We knew, despite our strong faith, that it would never happen - it was in the fiction section of the Library anyway... So we dismissed our hopes.
But me and Poppy knew all about it.
The truth that lies behind the novel.
The protective lies that the not-so-famous seer, and more-so famous author, put in place that she put for us.
But that's what makes it worse...
And what doesn't help is Allie being Harry's cousin.
