Sapphire Maximoff. She's not your typical young girl living in New York. Sapphire was born in Sokovia. For four years she lived  there with her parents and two older siblings. But when her apartment is attacked, she is taken away by HYDRA, and experimented on. She manages to leave HYDRA when she was just eight years old. When she escapes she meets her aunt Natasha and together, they both take care of each other. Years later when her new home, the city of New York, is under attack she bands together with some of Earth's other greatest defenders to save it.
