It's like a human baby that you can take care of but the age of this Rang wo started in 5 years old still, it's difficult to take care of them you should shower them with loves because it's the way for them to grow up make them experience the new things and let them live like a human.
The reason why this invention is famous because rich people buy Rang wo for their sexual needs they make them to be their sex toy that makes the creator angry that's why he decide that he wont create Rang wo anymore.
