 They make some friends but Kokichi Ouma, A 16 year old boy. The Ultimate Supreme Leader gains interest on the detective. But students are annoyed (i couldn't say hate cuz they dont entirely hate kokichi tho) for his mischievous and lying personality. The detective notices this and suddenly bumps into the dictator...
