For as long as she has known, Summer Sinclair has been traveling to the Outerbanks every summer since she was born. Technically she was touron but had become really close friends with some pogues that considered her to be one of them. Every year they hung out, went surfing, hosted awesome kegger parties, and fished all day every day. This summer was different though... What happens when a hurricane comes? A sunk boat? A dead body? 400 million in gold? Would they find it before summer ended?
