Before they were born Megan's mom was diagnosed with cancer and her best friend promised to take care of Megan after she was born and that she would marry Tyler when they turned 18. Megan grew up and was told about her mother and the promise she made adoptive mom. After telling her brother that they had to get married and telling her best friend she losses most everything. Her dignity, the special relationship she had with her brother, and most importantly her best friend when she needed her most.
