Alycone Art Academy, a prestigious school who focuses on arts, like designs, acting, singing, everything that revolves art. Every 10th Anniversary, they offer free tuition to ten random people who are often become one of the greatest in art (becoming famous in acting, singing, etc)  after they've graduated.  But it is still a mystery how they do that, to pick such great talents without looking for their statuses.
