A short story.

I had to write this for religion class and if I had to sit through ten hours straight of writing and editing this because I am a procrastinator, then you guys get to read it. Enjoy :)

This was written in my mother tongue, Papiamento. So the first chapter will be in English (the translation) and the second chapter will be in Papiamento (the original).All Rights Reserved

This is a series of short stories inspired by a friend. After buying a new house his mom found a letter (random scribbling?) left behind in a back closet. The scrap of folded paper had warnings about demons that lived in the walls and forced him to sell his house. Needless to say it was an unsettling discovery. Pair that with my own personal experience of buying a house sight unseen and moving (literally) halfway across the country in the middle of a pandemic I had enough material to put together a short collection of stories. Each story opens with an item discovered in a house followed by either the origin of the item or the discovery of the item. All focus around the experience of someone moving. I write these for fun (there are more coming, just editing at the moment) and my own entertainment during the time of social distancing. Usually they think they are perfect and better than everyone else. Demons- 300 years old, not many of the population are demons. They have no wings and they are controlled by the council. They have real weapons that they control. They are usually rude and selfish. They like to keep to themselves. Elf- 700 year old, very few are elves. They have no wings but they have mechanical wings. They are usually short and controlled by the council. They have different weapons to protect themselves. They are very smart and can think very quickly. They usually keep to themselves, it is very rare to see them outside of their world. Robot- 900 years old, the fallen souls are robots, they cannot think of themselves, they are controlled by the council. The council tells them what to do. They have no wings or weapons.
