In my life your all in or all out. It's a lesson I had to learn and had I learned it earlier, I'd have saved myself a lot of heartbreak, time, and ruin. One I take seriously to protect myself, but use sparingly cause people come and go with a purpose. At the end of the day I fight for me and mine. Therefore my mind though, my heart, soul, and trust is something I can not go half n half on.

A heart is a fragile item. That is why we need to protect them so vigorously, give them away so rarely and why it means so much because some hearts are more fragile than others. That is a similarity between heart and crystal. There always have been bleeding from leaking scar or blemishes when someone deliberately broken it. Once it happens, they never return to the original state anymore. That is why heart or crystal need a hundred percent careful care. To avoid it from scratches with unwanted regret. Both hold same fragility and value. Both need an intensive care. The question is can people really care it as if they value themselves? Can people value them like some precious and rare gem? Or do they only take a notice when it shattered beyond repair. Unable to move on or beat for another day. No pills or expert could cure and restoring before the pain take over. Promiscuity is addictive. It's so safe. You are not at risk of getting hurt, physically maybe , But emotionally ? No And the emotional pain is by far the worst. I know this because I've experienced both. Physical pain, from my alcoholic father, sexual abuse from his friends. It hurt, it really did. I have scars to show. But let me tell you, the worst type of hurt is the emotional pain. That pain you get when after years of building a wall around yourself, you FINALLY let someone in. You let that one special person in. You bring down your walls. You give your heart. You let him hold your heart in his palms even though you know the risks. You have so many dreams and fantasies about being with this person forever. And he leads you on. It feels good But then he turns around and crushes your heart. He squeezes the life out of it and you feel pain that you never thought was humanly possible. You feel so much pain you can't breathe. And then , you become cold. You stop feeling. You have no heart anymore. You become heartless, promiscuous, bad, really bad. Yes , that happened to me. Ben did that to me. It hurt. It hurt too much. But now I'm safe . Because I'm the bad girl. The one who doesn't have a heart left to be broken.
