In a future about ten thousand years in the future, on a planet not much unlike ours. People enslaved unknowingly through a drug that laces the water used in their daily church. A drug that keeps the people calm and malleable. A young man whose mother has been taken from him, whose only relative is his twin brother, who he lost after their mom was taken. A young man who will have to lie, cheat, and evade everyone, because if they find out who he is, he will be killed.
