Uma has lived on Orria her whole life. Its a life and peace filled planet. But then the humans came. Soon species started to disappear.  Dragons are all gone, hunted to extinction for their precious scales. Uma is one of the last dragon like creatures still alive and she is sick of contently running and hiding from humans.

Will she survive and find the human free sanctuary she is looking for?
Will there be an all out war?
Or is Uma to late and will she perish like the many before her.

Follow her as she tries to survive in a dying world.

Dragons live on most of the land, and with the human population growing, the humans and the dragons are at war. Adelaide is a fourteen year old girl. She goes to school like every other kid. When her mother discovers she is writing letters to a dragon, she kicks Adelaide out. Little does she know that she kicked Adelaide out just as the Council was planning an attack on Adelaide's city. Adelaide and Oliver must find the Parliament of Peace and get them to help Adelaide's home town. Can they help stop the war in time to save both of their families from being killed by the other species?

With the resistance of magical creatures no longer in their way, the humans continued their 'sport' of hunting the Drekablóð into extinction. Half a millennium later, the seeress Carmentha foresaw the return of the Drekablóð, and restoring Elementa to her prime and defeating the wicked and harsh rulership of Elementa. Some split off at this point, becoming dumber and cruder, and lost the title of Elder. As the humans became smarter and were able to wield the magic of this world, the Darkest of all, the darkness without a name, came unto this world, and the Elders met their match. In the first time in millennia the Elder Dragons were afraid. They were driven to near extinction, until they retreated from this earth, and flew away, lost, leaving their cousins, the dragons, behind. But one remains. She doesn't know the secrets of her race, the secrets of the world she finds herself in.
