This is so he can set ideas up for when he finally becomes King. The change was supposed to be something educational, maybe an edit to the curriculum or school hours. Deceit has had enough, and he can't do it anymore. He can't deal with the pain of burdening the others. His boyfriend, Remus, doesn't need him. Deceit had a hole in his chest: a void, that he didn't think would ever fill. Thing is, with the right attention, that hollowness could've been filled. If he was shown that he was loved, and appreciated, if he was shown that he was needed; if he was accepted, then he would've been happy. Too bad he realised that too late.Complete

Through the reveal of Remus, things between the sides have changed. Logan's advice to Thomas has been taken up by Virgil, talking to Patton and learning to grow as a side. All seemed to be going smoothly until Remus tells Roman something not so true ,and with a new dilemma facing Thomas, the sides are busting out the seems of their foundation to try and keep things together. The third book in the Insane Series, read Insane and Normal (which can be found on my profile) before this !) Virgil, in all honesty, hasn't had the best of luck in the last year. He's been hospitalised for "insanity", got one of the county's biggest mental hospitals closed down, gone back to school, and tried to graduate while avoiding getting re-admitted. On top of it all, one of his closest friends is still being persecuted for a crime he didn't commit. And all they have to do now is make it out alive.Complete
