Not necessary to read Book one before book two.* Achievements: #1 in Lesbianromance [August 14th, 2019] #4 in Lesbian [September 30th, 2019] #5 in GirlxGirl [August 26, 2019] Avery has had a tough life, a very tough life. She feels like the universe is forever against her. And never thought that, even after everything she's endured, she would ever get her 'Happily Ever After'. Then one day she thinks it may be possible. The woman she had been in love with for years, finally returns her feelings. Avery was finally happy, the woman she loved so much for so long, finally loved her back. Her 'Happily Ever After' was within reach. At least that's what she thought, until the woman managed to shatter Avery's already broken heart into a million pieces. Months later, the wound still fresh, she packs up her stuff and moves back to the city where she was born. She thinks being in a different city and reconnecting with her childhood best friend, will help her heal. But, nothing seems to change at all. At least not until one night about 2 months later. Her friend drags her to a club. To get her friend off her back, she finds a girl to pick up. She expected for it to be a one night stand and that was it but she desperately wants to see the woman again. And she ends up getting her wish but the next time they see each other it's in one of the most unexpected of situations. Just when she was starting to think that she might be able to be happy again, it all goes to crap. Her life seems to be a never ending string of heart break. Maybe the whole universe really is against her. Warning: This story's going to get a bit dark/depressing. And even though it's clearly labeled as such but I still feel I need to say this is a mature girlxgirl story so there will be sex. Also don't read if you have a problem w/ the word fuck because I use it quite liberally.Complete

"What do you want?" I mentally roll my eyes. "Can I not talk to my favorite girl?" She smiles walking dangerously close to me. Standing up from my chair I decide to move away from her to put some distance between us. "No you cannot talk to me, not anymore at least." I say "Oh come on now, you always like being close and now you're moving away?" She teased while backing me up against my desk. Thinking back to earlier today, I would have let her get her way and kiss me, so what changed? "Fuck it, just kiss me one last time." I finally give in. ☽｡⋆ After having to leave her home town behind due to an accident with her best friend, Ada Ashley is scared to get close to anyone again. She had to leave behind her family and friends to start over, it's always scary but she knows she has to do this. She just hopes she can even make a single friend. Everyone in their right mind knows who Raya Thatcher is, rising punk rock star hard to miss her even when she's just walking down the street. Due to a security breach, Raya has to fire her manager and is on the hunt for someone who can live up to that job. What will happen when Raya and Ada meet in a bar? "I see the world and it seems like I see it so differently than most other people. It makes me really angry most of the time. Especially since no one ever listens to me or what I've got to say. I try to express myself in so many different ways and no one sees it. When I sing a song people will only care about how the music sounds or how much I swore. If I paint, people will see the picture but not the meaning. It seems so obvious to me but everyone just seems to... close their eyes. Or at least shut off their brain. As if I see things they don't. But when they don't listen, how can I communicate that to them? It's so frustrating." Allie is a high school student and has big plans to make the world a better place. But her own head is pitting against her, throwing rocks in her path on a daily basis. Everything seems to be great for a while but what happens when her world suddenly comes crashing down around her? Can she ever recover? A coming-of-age story that deals with mental ilnesses, grief, first loves and family, briefly taps into the subject of religion and will likely enrapture you. Trigger warning: mental illnesses, self harm, death, dealing with grief, mentions of guns and gun control, mentions of cults, mentions of homophobia, dissociation. Names of bands, band members and song titles have been changed but at this point I want to credit mainly Palaye Royale, the band 'Homesick Soldiers' that is mentioned throughout is heavily based off them, but I'm sure if you're familiar with them you would have been able to tell that :)Complete
