When Ben Solo reaches the city at the bottom of the ocean, the first thing he notices is how alive this seemingly abandoned city looks. The second is how absolutely terrifying it is inside the underwater city's walls. Ben becomes quite reliant on Armitage Hux as a comforting guide in Rapture. Armitage is just trying to get out alive... kinda.
Background: Bioshock is a video game that takes place in an underwater city. It was built by Andrew Ryan to escape governments, religions, and laws. Plasmids use stem cells to change DNA so people can shoot lightning & other wacky stuff.
This is a Kylux!Bioshock AU. In this Armitage Hux acts as Atlas, who was actually just Fontaine ( a traitor) in game.
Kylo Ren (Ben Solo) acts as Jack Ryan in this. His parents ( Han & Leia) aren't real... kinda.

As Ben copes with heartache caused by Hux's absence, with the help of his cousin Rey, his friends Finn and Poe and his father Han, he builds his independence upon his love for his friends, family and Hux, and his intermittent explosive disorder is reduced to almost nothing. Meanwhile, Hux misses Ben as much as Ben misses Hux, but he also meets new friends as he goes through his final year of college and grows into an adult. Each other's absence helps one another become independent and it only makes their reunion with their friends, their family and each other only sweeter.Complete

Consequently, issues occurred; Hux takes it upon himself to be the one to solve the problem. Though Kuatis of Kuat isn't as easily persuaded as first thought. So who else better to give the intimidation tactic than Kylo Ren?
