That's what destroyed their lives.  F.E.A.R.  Not the emotion of fear.  They are the new "protectors" of Neo Domino.  And most of the city's people has followed in their leader, Commissioner Goodwin's, footsteps.
Most of them.
Enter Lithi Lee, leader of the Rebels.  Ever since the Sweep, in which many Rebels were sent to the Facility, Lithi and her friends in the city have been fighting F.E.A.R. and facing their own fears.  Fears that some of them didn't even know they had.
