A GnK base is built not to far away from Tisy military base. Paid by what's left of the Chernarus government to make some law and order. Unfortunately it isn't that easy cause the remaining ChDKZ/Chedaki are in the way of that, not including infected.
    
    (I don't own DayZ standalone, Girls frontline, or other references that may be in the story they belong to there respectful owners!)
