The Government are frustrated, Armed forces are pissed, the police in particular have become more vulnerable at the mention of any event that involves the #PIRATES#.
Those assumed thugs have become more powerful and cunny than ever, they can't be trapped. New York is about to give up.
Not until a new plan evolves, one that could actually trap the #PIRATES# and put them in their rightful place. Six teenagers are to be involved, It's a plan of a life time. Those pirates won't see it coming.

Life was so simple. So much more carefree and just generally free to do as you please and not have to worry about every little thing. Key word being 'was'.
