Those assumed thugs have become more powerful and cunny than ever, they can't be trapped. New York is about to give up.

Not until a new plan evolves, one that could actually trap the #PIRATES# and put them in their rightful place. Six teenagers are to be involved, It's a plan of a life time. Those pirates won't see it coming.
