Ambrose is a well to do businessman. He is well respected over the moor. But certain suspicious circumstances render him unable to do certain tasks. Enter Rosemarie, a young caretaker. She is whisked into his mysterious world of parties, people and letters. Wise yet naive, she must not let the whirlwind rocking her heart take control of her as her seemingly confident master slowly spirals into an underlying pattern of madness.
