SYNOPSIS:
It was just a fine, serene day for Arya when she was driving off the busy streets somewhere in Chicago, not until her car was bumped by his neighbor, Mr. Bernards. This old man said something peculiar that led her to further investigate what is happening to their city---now that everyone catches severe cough, cold and fever.

It was then she realized that there was an unknown disease spreading on their city, while there was also an increase of these cases throughout the globe. Little did she know that the situation worsens when something strange happens if people suffer from these illnesses.

Her sister, Stacey, also has a complication, but she doesn't know if it is the same as what people suffer with-which also leads her in danger. Then, Arya meets a familiar-looking guy, a young boy and a group of escaped prisoners who will also take the quest of the outbreak.

What about Stacey? What about the familiar-looking looking guy? What about these escaped prisoners? What about the world? What about Arya, herself? What about the government?

What are their stories?
Will all of them be alive? Or the only fittest ones survive?
