Good Morning, John [first draft]

John Worthings, is a middle-aged man who earns a living creating custom furniture. When contacted by Vanessa Bell, a young interior design artist, begins to take quite an interest in him. What she doesn't know is that John holds a deep virtual secret. With nightmares of a complicated past he can't let go of, John turns to a virtual companion system suggested by his virtual assistant, Ada.

After only a few months of being enrolled in the system, the product becomes defective, as an incurable virus consumes them both, each in their own way. Can John be saved from becoming consumed by his past or will the virus consume more than what lies inside the digital world?
