Opal The Omega

There was a time when humans and werewolves lived in peace. A time when shifters would take human mates. Those times are long gone. After the great war, the council of Alphas decreed that all humans would live as slaves. The new law left Omegas, werewolves with human ancestors who do not have the ability to shift, in a perilous position. Unlike their human counterparts, they are paid for their work. But the wages are low and the disrespect shifters show them is high.

Opal, an Omega in the ruthless Blood Fang Pack, has one dream: to escape her life as a servant and attend university in the capital city. But the path to freedom is fraught with obstacles. She always thought her academic performance would be the determining factor in her application. Unfortunately, not angering the Alpha's family is far more important, and flying under the radar isn't exactly an easy task when you're secretly dating the Alpha's son. Throw in the discovery of a dark secret, a series of mysterious abductions, and a Luna with a raging temper and escaping Blood Fang Pack unscathed becomes almost impossible. Opal is determined to reach the capitol city but getting there may be more complicated than she thought.
