Hey everyone! This book is made just to track my progress as I aim to lose weight. I am currently 5'1 at 150 lbs and my goals is 120 lbs. I have always been inconsistent with workouts and am constantly eating unhealthy food. I took an almost two years break from my favorite sport but will finally continue it in college so I hope to get back in shape during quarantine! I will be logging my meals, workout, and weekly weigh ins. Keep in mind that this is so that I can track my progress or analyze my eating/workout habits so there will be times where I eat unhealthy meals or skip a workout day. I'm doing this to track my progress or lack of so yeah. I'm helping this journal will help me stay consistent and dedicated. So think of this as a weight diary? Thank you for your support.
