Storm Jenkins has been an orphan stuck in foster care since her moms peaceful death at 6. Shes gone family to family, the same outcome at each house, abuse. Shes become cold and distant, emotionless. Storm feels like her luck is running thin until suddenly her social worker tells her she's moving across the country.
