Nine years after a villain named Arisen took advantage of an earthquake's death toll to convert the United States into a place of villainy, a teenage girl who worships old-age superheroes learns of her own supernatural abilities. With the ability to be like the heroes everyone used to adore, she convinces a couple of new friends to use their powers to do good. The world hadn't seen superheroes like them in a long while and the supervillains who are considered the most elite consider this new group of superheroes to be a massive threat. The group of new superheroes has bitten off more than they can chew, and without knowing the identities of the villains around them, there is no one they can trust besides each other.

No Superheroes Allowed
Long ago a group of superheroes and villains worked together to prevent an invasion. But they managed to kill more people than they saved. Their destruction caused the perception of those with powers to dramatically shift; to the point of outcast. 50 years later crime as only increased to the point where not even the police respond to calls. Few heroes went into hiding to 'play normal'; like my family and I. I live in New Haven City. I've been lucky enough that I don't have powers that attract too much attention --- Everything was going great. Everything was normal. Until Jamie was forced to confront the reality of her situation. The mayor who has been running the NSA was beginning to take drastic measures. Sending many supers off to another island. Stealing their powers. Forcing others to betray their own kind. The victims of these horrific acts are not taking that lightly. Why not make a team of heroes? A team that doesnt give a shit what the NSA or the Mayor has to say.
