Caroline Becker is basically the princess of the outer banks, other than Sarah Cameron of course. Caroline is your normal teenage girl. she loves surfing, animals...boys, especially her best friend JJ Maybank. Caroline is popular with everyone on the island, kooks and pogues. but she prefers the pogues, she just has a better vibe with them. but what will happen when she is forced to choose? will she choose her best friends or will she change for the kooks?
