Your best friend Jamie has been working at Fazbear Entertainment for the past few months as an apprentice mechanic and designer and has been allowed to open a diner in place of the old Fredbear's Diner since the company saw something special in them. They get you and the others in your friend group high ranking jobs in the new diner, however, like every other restaurant under the Fazbear company, the restaurant gets a little...bloody. Will you be able to help salvage Jamie's restaurant or will it be left to rot with the other locations owned by Fazbear Entertainment?

-Cross-post from my Ao3- The Aftermath at Mount Massive is part one of a three part series called Survivors. This part is done. It is a fanfic for the game Outlast, set after the first game/DLC. However, you don't have to know much about the game to jump in. This story follows an independent journalist named Miles Upshur who received an email from a whistleblower, Waylon Park, who worked at Murkoff Psychiatric Systems: Mount Massive. The hospital was supposed to be run as a charity, offering help to those who could not pay, or for those who other hospitals wouldn't accept. However, things weren't as they seemed and Murkoff was using the hospital as a cover for a laboratory where they were performing experiments on humans. The end result of such experiments was the creation of Project Walrider, a bio-nanite parasite that lives inside a human body. Miles stumbles into the facility during a security breach and riot. He manages to survive the night but in doing so becomes infected with the nanites, becoming the new host for Project Walrider. The Aftermath of Mount Massive is about Miles coming to terms with what being the Host means for both his humanity and future. Content Warning: This fic contains blood, gore, cannibalism, a suicide attempt, mild body horror, and language. If you are sensitive to any of those things I suggest not reading. This is a remake of my other fnaf 2 book called "A Toy Wolf And Her Toy Bunny" so yeah it also follows the storyline of my last book that is now deleted because it just wasn't good ~About the book~ Freddy and his friends had their old restaurant put out of business because of foul odors coming off the animatronics, missing children, being unsafe, less people coming, and animatronics acting off and hostile towards parents, staff members and sometimes children too. Afton Robotics and Fazbear's Entertainment was working on ways to improve their establishment and finally did. Now there's a reopening of the Fazbear restaurant but rebuilt and redesigned entirely the animatronics are more secure and way more kid friendly, they have the newest technology including facial recognition going off and contacting the police if there's any danger or an intruder got into the building. However the older Withered Freddy and friends are all broken and out of commission laying in the back room being used for parts but they aren't out of service for long. Withered Luna some how activates and is up and about trying to help her old withered and out of commission friends so she can put them back together especially her poor bunny boy who's face and arm were gone.
