When Valeria Cortez and Regulus plan have a plan to destroy from the inside

England and Spain. They were two very different countries each with their own secrets. They each had a large population of witches and wizards attending the hall of their schools. A year before the Triwizard tournament they find out that France was fighting its own war and was unable to attend. They turned to Inefable in the hope they will join. They did but with the condition of bringing 5 of their students a year early to see how they would fit in. The Cortez girls along with a group of friends were chosen. The Black brother each found an interest in each girl, but when family, thought, tradition, pride, and blood get involved nothing ends up good. Not with the wizarding world emerging
