Being snatched into the Tiding Pool - a whimsical nexus that steals away fragments of worlds like a child plucking icing from a cake - was the best thing that happened to Desmond, a curious young man with a secret love for science. There was no life for him back home, no future. Here in the Pool he can learn and explore, meet creatures from realms he had only ever imagined, and tinker with their amazing gadgets. It's a dream come true.
Except that none of it is real.
It is a piecemeal work of fiction, woven from the discarded concepts of worlds that were never penned into stories of their own. Desmond knows he is nothing more than a character, mere ink on a page. So is his ill-tempered brother, recently trapped in the Pool as well. As is the dictatorial ruler of the Tiding Pool, the New World Order, and its spell-firing enforcers.
But then there are the Augurs, smug prophets of the Order who refuse to be content with simply reading the future of this story being told. They conspire to write it as well. Should they discover a way to wrest control of the Tiding Pool from its mysterious Author, their first step towards transforming it into their own private paradise will be to erase everyone who opposes them from the plot.
How do you thwart an enemy who might one day scratch you from existence? All Desmond has on his side is a knapsack full of broken electronics, an irascible smuggler, some space monks... and the Author, a devious entity who helps and hinders him as the story demands.

In a faraway constellation of Canis Major , a superior intelligence exists. It's form unknown. Scientist Ira has always known it for they spoke to her, inviting her to visit. Yet all her proposals to her Boss Jan for galactic travel or for worm holes were cancelled, pushing her to lunar missions and advising on practicality. One day Ira notes a signal coming from the between the space of the twin stars of Sirius. She responds back inviting the intelligence to visit the earth, specially her. The intelligence whom she refers as Sirius starts to speak to her, visit her in her dreams and often take over her body in experiences she did not believe possible. Jan warns her detecting her changes and reminding her earth is home and he could give her a future together but attracted as she is to him, she is unstoppable in her quest of the twin stars of Sirius. Then one day Jan knocks on her door, yet this was not her boss she knew. This was a man with deep understanding of space and wormholes and her. He extends his hand for a travel through time and space, assuring nothing but an experience of her deepest wish, galactic travel through the worm holes. But once on the planet between the two Sirius es, Ira realises this Jan was a shape shifter, she does not recognise him or know if he was the same man from her work. She however knows an earthly being like her would never survive there. As Jan reveals himself as the Prime Advisor of the planet, ruthless about everything but the survival of the planet and its people, he chains her literally to his side. In her mind comes the warning he will literally absorb her life and then discard her is a barren space. Desperate she tries to jump into the worm hole only to realise that the twin stars created a mirage worm hole had pushed her further into the abyss of nothingness where not even one star was in sight. Desperate she asks for assistance. Yet when it appears would she be able to accept it.

Sabre... no. Elan always knew about the multiple worlds that were being created because of the videos he posted. Whether it was an alteration of the worlds he created or even new ones that had a basis similar to his, it didn't matter. The man knew that this was just what came with the fact of being a famous YouTuber. You create something that people like, you are more likely to spark someone's imagination into creating their own worlds. That's just how things are. At least the stories were only imaginary... That is, at least, what everyone thinks. The truth is that we reside in a world blocked from the realities and universes around us. Called the "Sealed Reality," our small world is cut off from everything else, but not for no reason. You see, those that live within have the potential to create chaos and destruction, but also the equal opportunity to create worlds. REAL worlds. That is why no one can enter or escape. However, our reality has one flaw. Anything, ANYTHING, that you imagine here will become a reality outside of it's bounds. Anything that you did or had happened in those became true. If you left that world or simply deleted it, however, it would no longer be under your influence. It would be sent to a cast-off area at the edge of the Multiverse. With that being said, the worlds Elan had created were truly real. The only thing was he didn't know that. Neither did all his fans that created their own versions of his realities. Soon, though, Elan would know the truth... alongside some of the best fan-fiction writers and YouTubers known across the globe. Something didn't feel right. I looked around my room slowly; cautiously; taking everything in and trying not to feel too nervous. Perhaps Lure was in my room right now, watching me, silently laughing to himself. I didn't doubt it. I slipped off my bed and walked around, hugging my waist, and tilted my head. I felt my rough ponytail slide against the back of my neck and over my shoulder as I moved. "Lure?" I hissed, "Lure, are you there?" I wandered around a little, for some reason feeling scared. But why? It was only Lure. He wouldn't hurt me, would he? "Okay, Lure. Quit it. I know it's you. Who else would it-" I stopped, startled, when I heard a strange sound that made me cringe. It was like fingernails being dragged across a chalkboard. I whipped around and came face-to-face with my mirror. Immediately, I saw the difference. Various scratches were displayed across the glass, forming words. It looked as if claws had written the words in the mirror. "Deepest apologies, but it was fun." This is my take on those stories that have only one human male on a planet full of anthros. You know the ones, where a nuke, virus, or/and war that destroyed the human race except for one and for some unexplain reason ten years later furries rule the earth with a fully functioning government and technology. Oh, and sometimes this human has all the powers of comics and mange for also unexplained reason or another. With every character is spelled out on these bio picks before you even read the story, ruining any suspension or mystery the story could have. Sorry, went on a little rant but I have a hard time reading those kinds of stories, so I decided to make my own. So the actual story; A human crash landed onto a alien world where the dominant species are ten feet tall female wolves. Now he have to survive this warrior world that seeks to use him or destroy him, but under his meek facade is something much more then any one could imagine. Hope you enjoy.
