Theodora Woods had it all. She was popular, part of the school band and had awesome friends. She was admired for her music and envied for her personality. And maybe that is why no one expected it when she became ill with a disease that snatched everything away from her.

She had to leave everything behind; her old life, her friends, and the band which she lived for. And even after she recovered, she was reduced to nothing but an outcast who once was popular.

Now, meet Ezekiel West.

Ezekiel was a boy no one could reach. With the darkest shade of blue eyes, Theodora couldn't help but notice him. And when they unexpectedly meet, Theodore realizes that Ezekiel is hiding a big secret, that is slowly killing him off and hundreds of others who are like him.

And as secrets are revealed and mysterious amplified, Theodora has to now work along with Ezekiel who knows more about their little town than he lets on. Together, they must untangle the riddles of the past, and fight the growing feelings they have for each other.

The only thing is that Ezekiel seems to be quite attached to a girl with striking black hair who talks a little too less.
