In a world where 80% of humanity has quirks there exist a boy who dreamed of becoming a hero. He didn't have any huge ambitions of being #1. Nothing grand like that. All he wanted was to use his power to help people. Along with his best friend Izuku Midoriya maybe he'll even be able atone for a sin he committed. Even if he doesn't regret it.
