Unstoppable
The claws had emerged before I'd even realised, gently tearing their way through my skin, running their way through my arms and changing my body into the one thing I thought I'd hated, but I'd begun to love more than anything: a monster. ---------------------- High school. A place where children go to grow their minds and adapt to adulthood. Where nothing but popularity and grades matter. I was a weird kid. I still am, but that's besides the point. ••• EDITED STORY ••• The original was posted back in 2013 and I felt the need to rewrite the story since it's kinda cringe to be honest and I have matured a lot and my writing has gotten better as well since then so I wanna show this story from another (hopefully better) perspective. I feel like I didn't get into detail in some situations and didn't explain things that actually made sense and cut it off too quickly so I just want to take a chance to do this differently now to see how the story will turn out. It is one of my favorites and I want to make it as amazing as I can. Nothing about the plot will change, the number of the chapters will be a lot smaller because I will be putting some chapters together (because 1K words really ain't it for a good chapter lol), I will probably just add a few things then and there, make the chapters longer and more enjoyable to read but some of the dialogues and situations will literally stay the same. So this story was written when I was like 12 years old so idk how it has that many reads on it. I thought it was cool making the main girl Spanish and google translating words which literally mean the complete opposite. I understand this can be offending and I've tried to go through and fix it or just get rid of it. It honestly is just a whack story that I should go back and re write and actually give it a point but by all means go ahead and read. "So you like cuddling with me?" she asks me "if I say yes can I cuddle you more?" I ask her "No" she says to me "Then no I don't like cuddling with you" I say to her picking up my hoodie and pants she wasn't wearing before throwing her over my shoulder. Daniel's neighbor Adrianna never talk but one day she needs a place to get away from her dad and they become friends, but only her friends know and he is still bullied. Meet Adrianna Robertson the bad girl is what people call her, when she was younger her mom left her the day she was born with her controlling father. Adrianna parties and gets drunk and smokes all the time. One day she just can't stand staying with her dad for any longer and goes to her neighbor Daniel's house till her friend picks her up. She went back completely wasted and needed a place to stay for the night since her dad was on her ass about getting drunk so she stays with him. I hope you like the book, there is going to a mild amount of swearing and lots of drinking and smoking. Everything is made up beside the state they live in. CRINGE WARNING! First book I ever wrote on here!! -- "Sometimes the person who you are willing to take a bullet for is the person behind the gun." I stood peering over the cold lifeless body that lay before my eyes. I had always thought of death the enemy, but right now, I blessed it upon the person who is now at peace. Sometimes you don't need to be the smartest, or the fastest, but you do need to be wisest. They say the blood runs deeper than water, and I believe it, because even though the people that we love can turn on us and begin to hate us, they are only human, meaning that soon they will begin to see how short life really is and how it is not to be wasted.
