I can tell I am really going to regret writing this... anyway, you are y/n, a teenage boy that is about to be a test subject for modified cryogenics. The experiment goes wrong, and you wake up in what you assume is a wasteland. (which is actually full of inklings, etc.) This is mainly just going to be me writing my thoughts down because I think that the main character for humans in splatoon stories are cowardous and not very ok in the head. You might be thinking, "dude, just chill, its part of the character and the description is already way too long." I agree.

The fact that the team just recovered from the "Fuzzy goo invasion", and being promoted to captain, isn't really helping much with the captain's personal problems. One of the few humans that was inserted into a cryo pod and went on to wake up on this new, new world. But he and the other humans were tasked to carry the legacy of humanity. He was "fished" out of the water by Capt. Cuttlefish and "Shell". Years later, he grew up to be the co-leader of Squidbeak Splatoon. But then the war came. He became a hero by saving Cuttlefish by being cornered and killed but he sacrificed himself for the win of the 2nd Great Turf War. Not too long after the war, he was dug up by the "CEO" of the F. A. O Agency. And became a valuable asset for them. Along with his new friend "Cross", they moved to the Plaza to live a normal life. But do they? Follow the adventures of Brooks and Cross. As they try their hardest to keep their identity secret. And will Brooks can finally stop reminiscing the past trauma? We won't know until we find out. Shall we start? A new army rises from the passages of history, with only one objective in mind: erase the life in the surface and underground.
