Basically Anakin was the Victor in the battle against Obi-wan as he killed him leaving his body to burn on Mustafar and killed Sidious who shortly arrived after.
Anakin carries Padmé on board the ship then arrives at Polis Massa where she gives birth to Luke and Leia. Anakin did originally wanted to name Luke Jinn after Master Qui-gon Jinn in a way to honour him but shortly decided not to since he was now a Sith Lord and destroyed the Jedi.
Anakin was now known as Darth Vader and was Emperor of the Galaxy, if anyone accidentally called him Anakin then they would be killed on site even if Padmé was around. The saddest part was she couldn't stop him even if she the Empress tried. He didn't even let her call him by Anakin.
She finally had enough. So without telling anyone she went to Naboo, to the same meadow she showed Anakin and had a picnic in. She then walked in the meadow and sat on the edge on a hill. She thought about everything that had happened. She cried for Anakin, destroyed by Sidious and now a man she did not knew. She stayed in the green meadow as it slowly turned to night with her staring at the stars, she knew she was here for too long but it felt nice to be alone...

Her Mon Mothma, and Bail Organa agree that the Chancellor is over staying his welcome in office. So they are proposing the idea of a rebellion. Padme and Anakin somehow end up on Padme's Ship from Naboo. And are awaking and crashing. They crash into Tatooine. Little do they know that it is a lot different there than the last time they were there. Anakin Skywalker will not become Darth Vader. Not yet, anyway. Padmé saved him from a lifetime of regret by pulling him out of the fateful battle between Mace Windu and Chancellor Palpatine. But at some point, he still has to decide if his heart lies with the Jedi or the Sith. Palpatine, undeterred by the loss of his potential apprentice, still devises a way to create the Empire and wipe out the vast majority of the Jedi. He sends various threats directly to Anakin and Padmé to convince them that they and their newborn children are in danger. Fearing for their safety, they split. For years, Anakin and Leia wander throughout the galaxy, dodging the Empire and searching for a greater purpose. Meanwhile, Padmé raises Luke while working with Bail Organa and Mon Mothma to lead the fight against the oppressive Galactic Empire. Anakin is constantly tempted by the Dark Side. Padmé struggles to help the Rebels succeed. Their children mean everything to both of them. The story also features other characters we all know and love, such as Obi-Wan Kenobi, Ahsoka Tano, Han Solo, and Boba Fett. Most of the story takes place 7 years after Revenge of the Sith. A Long Time Ago, In a Galaxy Far Away
Anakin and Obi-Wan have just rescued the Chancellor and returned to planet side safe and sound. Anakin has finally had his long awaited reunion with Padmé. But it doesn't last for long. The next thing the three of them know, the Force has transported them to a different place. A different universe, to a planet that is known as Earth. Luna Snow Ramsey is nearly fourteen. She is obsessed with Star Wars, friendless, has a past she tries not to think about, and is used to handling everything one way: solo. One night, her world is turned upside down when she meets three people from a place that she had previously thought only existed in her imagination and dreams. Things begin to become steadily more chaotic as time goes on. Luna believes the Force will bring the three back to their proper universe, but until then it is up to her to find a way to keep Anakin from the darkside and warn the two Jedi and Senator of what is to come. It doesn't help that she knows so much about their world and has to be careful of what she tells of their future. From there, things that Luna would normally handle alone are unwilling for her to be able to take care of, and another memory is added to the ever growing pile stitched behind a wall for past memories she doesn't want to think about.
